Creating a new account

As a firm

If you do not already have an account in our booking system, please complete the forms below to create a record for yourself and your firm. You will be assigned as the administrator for your firm.  As an administrator, you will have access to complete bookings, manage your firm information, see your bookings, pay invoices, and print invoices and receipts. 

As a Self-Represented party (SRP)

If you are representing yourself in a mediation and wish to book our facilities, please follow the same process using your first name and last name, followed by a hyphen then SRP (-SRP) in the 'Firm' field.
